Enter to win $5,000 towards a down payment on a new or used vehicle at a participating dealership.
The Grand Prize is a voucher valued at $5,000 to be used exclusively toward the purchase of a new or used vehicle from one of twenty-nine participating auto dealers. First place prize is a night on the town with a dinner certificate and theater pass for two, valued at $122. Second place prize is a gift certificate to a local spa, valued at $50. The third place prize is a pair of movie passes per month for one year.
The Win Some Green contest must be entered on line. Go to www.buffalocars.com, or www.buffalo.com and click on the contest banner. Complete the entry form by Friday, March 5, 2010 at midnight. One entry per person allowed. Any additional entries are automatically disqualified.

Prizes are not redeemable in cash and are not retroactive toward a previous vehicle purchase or servicing.
If the vehicle that is purchased costs less than $5,000, the winner is not entitled to redeem the difference in cash.
Prizes must be redeemed no later than December 31, 2010.

Entries received after the deadline will not be entered into the contest.
Winning entries will be randomly selected from all entries received. Chances of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.
You must be 18 years of age to enter. One entry per person. Incomplete entries are void. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local regulations and is void where restricted or prohibited by law. All taxes, title, registration, releases and insurance owed in connection with any prize will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Any prize value of $600 or more requires that a W-9 form must be completed before the prize package can be released. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees on prizes.
Employees of The Buffalo News or its affiliates, or any participating dealerships are not eligible for prizes.

The drawing will be held on March 8, 2010.
The contest is open to anyone who lives within the eight counties of Western New York. Those counties are Erie, Niagara, Wyoming, Allegany, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Orleans and Genesee.
